3 arból chile peppers
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper corns
1/2 tsp Mexican oregano
- At first remove the stems and seeds from the chiles.

- At last add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Recipes with Fajita seasoning
Fresh or whole dried spices taste significantly better. Grind them yourself in a mortar. Afterwards store the Fajita seasoning in a dry and airtight container, e.g. a glass jar.
Chile peppers can be bought in Mexican online shops.
